From 15 April, the doors of the Oude Kerk will be open limited for a series of contemplative walks. These are meant to distract you from corona and lockdowns. Walking through the church, you will be taken through seven centuries of history and see new art.
Upon entering, you are offered a cup of tea, as it is as cold in the church as it is outside. Along the way, you will come across Aimée Zito Lema's new installation and you can light a candle. There is no admission charge, but a donation is most welcome in these times. People from the Oude Kerk are open to talk in the church, long or short.
There is limited capacity. Per time slot of half an hour, a maximum of 4 visitors can take the walk in the church (excluding children up to 12 years old from the same household).
